Warning: livedocs is DEAD. It has been replaced by a new generic build system named "Ph D", a system that is in beta as you read this wiki page. So, the bottom line here is don't use livedocs.
Currently livedocs requires many tools setup to generate it from scratch. If interested in using/testing without much worry, consider downloading a prebuilt version. Place the directory in a php/sqlite enabled web servers Document Root?, open up the browser, and watch the magic happen. All hail livedocs!
